We’d like to invite you to a career presentation by Rock Choir! The UK’s Largest Contemporary Choir. We are looking for students about to graduate or those who have already graduated to become a Rock Choir Leader! Rock Choir is recognised as the first of its kind to offer a no-audition and no-requirement-to-read-music choir experience in the UK and invites anyone with any level of musical experience to join. It attracts everyone who loves to sing pop and contemporary songs!
Choir Leaders usually run 3-4 evening choirs per week (sessions are 1.5 hours long) but some Leaders also choose to run some morning sessions. These sessions are run from Monday to Thursday, giving our Leaders the time and flexibility to pursue other ventures and interests. We run our ten-week terms alongside the school year which works well for those with other commitments.
In the session you’ll meet Leeds Conservatoire Alumni Rebecca Frodsham as she goes through the ins and outs of what it is like to be a Choir Leader working with Rock Choir, and what you could look forward to experiencing if you were to become a Rock Choir Leader.
