I am moving out and looking for someone to replace me in my room. It is a spacious 4 bed house with an extra room (as shown in the photos). Its fully furnished with a working TV in the shared living room. Its in a peaceful neighbourhood occupied by mostly students and has a lovely view over Headingley from the back garden. My house mates are nice, friendly, tidy people as well.
