Mental Resilience Workshops

The Health and Wellbeing Team will be providing a series of 2 mental resilience workshops for students to access.  The aim of the workshops is to support students be more resilient in their studies and everyday lives.  The workshops will be delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams and will be accessible to all students at the conservatoire.

The 2 workshops will take place on:

Thursday 4th February at 2pm

Thursday 11th February at 2pm

Each workshop will last approximately 60 minutes and if you sign up, we would expect you to commit to attending both workshops.  Booking is essential as there will only be a limited number of places available.
