The opening hours for the ‘in-person” counter service have been extended to 9am to 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The Virtual Counter will still be operating on Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 3pm. Click the links at the bottom of this section to access.
The Registry Student Enquiries physical counter has now re-opened in 406 (floor 4 in the St Peter’s Square building) to allow us to offer an in-person service as well as our online counter.

We hope that this new blended approach will allow students the flexibility to speak to a member of the Registry Team in their preferred way.
The Registry Team can help you with
- making an appointment to speak to your Programme Leader
- updating your personal information in our systems (including your mobile phone number)
- anything to do with assessments (including applying for mitigating circumstances)
- attendance / absence
- your timetable or booking rooms
- suspending, repeating, transferring or withdrawing from your course
- getting proof that you are a student (eg for opening a bank account)
- council tax exemption
- replacing a lost student ID card
- registration
