New Sessions of the Anxiety Management Group

The Health and Wellbeing Team will be providing the next round of Anxiety Management Group Workshops.  Group workshops will be delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams and will be accessible to all students at the conservatoire.

Anxiety Management Group will run over three consecutive weeks and each workshop will last for approximately one hour.  We will be running a group on Fridays commencing Friday 5th February.  If you sign up for a group, you would be expected to attend all three sessions.
